Guest & Spectator Policy

To ensure safety, comfort, and the highest quality instruction with minimal distractions, please note the following:
 

• Adult Supervision: A parent or guardian must remain on-site for the entire duration of the lesson.

• Spectator Limit: A maximum of 2 adults per student are welcome to watch quietly from a designated viewing distance.

• Pool Area Access: To keep our swimmers focused, no extra guests or unsupervised children are permitted near or in the pool area during instruction.

• Back-to-Back Lessons: If multiple clients are scheduled on the same day, only the student currently being serviced should be in the pool. Please wait for the instructor’s signal before entering the water.

Photo & Video Policy

• No Personal Recording: To protect everyone’s privacy and maintain focus, personal phone use, photography, and video recording are strictly prohibited during lessons.

• We’ve Got You Covered! We know you want to capture these memories, so we will gladly provide all clients with complimentary photos of their swimmer's progress.

Attendance & Lateness

• Be Swim-Ready: Please arrive on time and ready to swim.

• Fixed End Times: To respect everyone's schedule, we cannot extend your lesson time if you arrive late.

• Refunds: All individual lessons and packages are non-refundable and may only be transferred at our discretion.

Cancellations & Weather

• 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Each client is allowed one courtesy reschedule.

• Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded under any circumstances.

• Inclement Weather: If we must cancel lessons due to unsafe weather, we will reschedule based on mutual availability.

• Instructor Cancellations: If we need to cancel your lesson for any other reason, you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund.

Monthly Packages & Recurring Clients

• Package Structure: Monthly packages include 4 consecutive weekly lessons. Packages are valid for one client only and cannot be split or transferred between multiple swimmers.

• Perks: Package holders and recurring clients receive priority scheduling and greater flexibility when rescheduling with proper notice.

• Commitment: While packages are non-refundable, we always make every effort to accommodate reasonable schedule changes. Please note that frequent cancellations may result in losing your priority scheduling status and eligibility for package pricing.
