*Guests*

An adult must be present for the entire duration of all lessons. To ensure the safety, comfortability and

safety of all clients, I ask that there be a maximum of 2 adults present at the lessons who agree to quietly watch from

a viewable distance. In order to give the best quality lesson with minimal distractions, I ask that no extra guests or children

be permitted near or in the pool area during instruction.  If multiple clients are receiving lessons during the same day, I ask that only the

client(s) being serviced are in the pool until I advise that it is time to switch.

*Pictures*

 Although I understand that you may want to capture the moment and progress of your lessons, there is NO phone/recording

policy for all lessons. I will provide all clients with complimentary photos of lessons.

*Lateness*

Please try your best to be ready for your lesson at the scheduled time. To avoid any scheduling conflicts, I unfortunately can not extend your lesson(s)' end time if you are running late. All lessons are non-refundable and only transferable at our discretion.

*Cancellations*

 If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. We offer one courtesy reschedule per client. Same-day cancellations cannot be rescheduled or refunded under any circumstances.

 In the event of inclement weather, lessons will be rescheduled based on client and instructor availability. If we need to cancel your lesson for any reason, you will be notified and issued a full refund.

Monthly Packages & Recurring Clients

 

Monthly packages include 4 consecutive weekly lessons and are valid for one client only. These packages cannot be split between multiple clients or transferred. Clients who purchase monthly packages or book recurring sessions receive priority scheduling and greater flexibility with rescheduling when given proper notice.

 

While all lessons remain non-refundable, we will make every effort to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests. Please note that frequent cancellations may impact your scheduling priority and eligibility for package pricing.
